Buckingham Rugby Club Victorious in Bucks Cup Final

Buckingham Rugby Club picked up the Bucks Cup with a resounding victory over Marlow Rugby Club away at Marlow in the Buckinghamshire County Cup Final.

Buckingham travelled down to the fixture with a large following support and they managed to give the fans the result they were hoping for. The squad were well prepared and up for the game and it certainly showed in their performance.

Buckingham ran in six tries with Hulston, Graham, Temple, Wright, Ockendon and Curley all getting their names on the score sheet. The boot of Calum Gillie contributed the remainder of the points from the kicking tee. Gillie was also awarded the Man of the Match award for his performance.

Buckingham won the cup with a final score of 34-15. Skipper Phil Wright picked up the trophy.
